At FoundRae, we want you to be completely satisfied with your modern heirlooms, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all unworn, non-customized jewelry. Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging with all security tags intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original FoundRae box and velvet pouch, ensuring the package is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master jewelers verify the condition of your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
